Hello,

The warm up catalytic efficiency below threshold typically points to a bad oxygen sensor. You should have 2 oxygen sensor on that bank 2 (sensor 1 and sensor 2). The code number will tell you which one might be the issue.

The EVAP gross leak typically points to a cracked hose in the EVAP system, it can also be the vent valve staying open all the time. Any time a 'gross' leak is detected it is due to a large enough leak that the EVAP system cannot stay pressurized.
