Overheating

Jeep, wrangler, 1994 107,000 miles
replaced thermostat, engine still over heating, only bottom hose is hot. Cold air coming out of heater even after enigine is warm?

Flush out the radiator to see if it is plugged or take it in and have a mechanic test it for you. If that does not fix the problem I would take off the water pump and look at the propelers on it, they may be coroded away and no longer able to provide sufficient cooling, also test the thermostat by taking it out and heating it up witha hairdryer to see if it opens, alos make sure it is installed the proper way.
