Blower motor

2000 jeep wrangler, 78k mi, 4cyl; my a/c stopped blowing cold although my compressor is cycling on and off. Shortly after this happened my blower stopped working. I replaced the fuse in the glove box and now have air flow on 2 of 4 speed settings( the lower 2 settings). What is the problem
