2001 Jeep Wrangler

The bump stops just push in on your model. You can usually just grab ahold of the rubber and work it back and forth and they will pull out. The metal cup is installed with a 15mm bolt. To re-install just put a little lithium grease around the edge and push them back in. Hope this answers your question. Curt
