1999 Jeep Wrangler engine dies when it gets to temp

When the jeep gets up to temp it dies, something electrical? No sputter just shuts down. Let it sit 20 min and fires up with no hesitation. Replaced starter. I heard the solenoid can fry electronic ignition, replaced electronic ignition

Try a crankshaft position sensor. Those 4.0 L engines are known for those going out when hot and doing exctly what you describe. It is mounted on top of the bellhousing (trans) at the drivers side top.
