Engine shuts off

I have the Laredo model. The security only lets it run for a second then shuts down. I grounded the violet and yellow wire which worked for a month. Now it is doing that again and I do not have a remote for the alarm. How can I get it to run? I have to move it today.

Lock, then unlock a front door with the key to turn the anti-theft system off. If that doesn't work, suspect broken or frayed wires between the door hinges. There can be a linkage disconnected to the switch in the door too, but broken wires are much more common. One potential clue, when a wire isn't totally broken yet, is the function may work intermittently when moving the door between open and closed while operating that system.
