MY 1999 JEEP WRAGLER HEATER IS BLOWING COLD AIR IT HAS 100,000 MILES I TOOK THE HOSES OFF THE WATER PUMP AND STARTED THE MOTOR AND NO WATER IS COMMING OUT OF THE WATER PUMP BUT MY MOTOR IS NOT OVER HEATING IT IS A 4C

No inconveince, I was not meaning to sound sarcastic and apologize if it did.

When you're not getting heat and you're not getting coolant coming out of the system when it's open, it sounds like it is low.

Why it isn't overheating I don't know.
