1997 Other Jeep Models Shakes at 60 mph

Shakes or Wobbles problem
1997 Other Jeep Models 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

I'm a first time user. I have a Jeep sahara and it has been shaking alot. If I drive between 55-60 mph it will start to progressively shake until it's almost out of control. I have not tried anything to fix it yet just stoped driving it.
