1999 Jeep Laredo Engine quits when driving and won't restar

The engine quits when driving along and won't restart for apprx. 15 minutes. The engine turns over and acts like there is no spark. The fuel line has pressure in it.
The temperature is in the normal range.

please advise

If the engine won't start, you need to check to see if there is spark and fuel getting to it. Has the check engine light come on? Have you had the fuel pump pressure tested?
