1998 Jeep Laredo fuel motor

You most likely have a broken wire somewhere and it is shorting out by touching bare metal to exposed wire. You will have to trace the wires going to your fuse or from the item your fuse belongs to fix your problem. Most likely, this is your problem and an easy fix but could be hard to find depending on how dirty your vehicle is. Did you have anything installed or make any changes to your vehicle around the time this problem started? If so, this could be a starting point.
