I have a 1996 jeep cherokee that is over heating.I've replaced the thermostat, drove it ten or fifteen miles overheated again. The top radiator hose is hot while the bottom hose is cool. What might be the problem. Thanks for your help

Begin by flushing the entire cooling system.
You will want to take out the thermostat and hook everything back up and give it a little spin w/o the thermostat. If you still have the top hot, bottom cool situation, you may have plugged radiator, or faulty water pump.

Bottom hose should be cooler than the top! Check your thermostat again, make sure the spring is to the block!
