Locked wheels

I need to get to work, first. Anyway the wheel is in the locked position and now the car won't start.

Probably had better update with more info - too vague. What are you driving? Yr and model. Do you mean the STEERING WHEEL is in the locked position and putting the key in the ignition and turning it won't unlock the Steering Wheel? Can you even turn the key?
When you indicate the "car" won't start, is it because of the above? Need more info about your problem just to get the overall picture about what is happening. Please be as specific as you can.
