Power window relay location?

Where's the relay switch for the windows and mirrors or where the circuit breaker so my windows will work.

there is now relay only a fuse #12 here is a guide to help you test the fuse with the fuse location in the diagrams below.

I got a jeep grand cherokee 2004 but any window dont work and the mirrors to, I check the fuses and and they okey and I try to fine the relays for the windows but I cant fine any relay to say power windows what I do I remove the door cover inside and I check main swicht with a tester and we got power, but when we check ground we press for error one of passenger button and star to work, just the passenger side with the mirrors but the driver side dont work any window and I tinking on other swicht and I put other one but do the same, wht can I do in this situation tanks for your help

Peel back the rubber boot between the door and frame. Check that the black wire is not broken. Common problem on this car
