Pull drivers kick panel and check by pulling the ground (black) and PCI bus wire (yel/vio) if they pull out obviously they are broke and need repair. Also you should get a DDM message code error when checking body codes. This should save some time if the wires are the problem no need to pull door panel. Otherwise the vehicle will need to be put on the "DRB" scantool to diagnose problem, darn computers.
Thanx

I was told that the code reader only work for check engine light problem. No new information. I didn't have a check engine light on. I have checked all the wires and the relay switch. They are all in working condition. I still have power door lock and windows that don't work. Please give me some good ideas or refund my money.
Thank you

Hi there,

Just to clarify a point for you, not all fault codes will set a check engine light. Often there are more than one control unit, you can have an ECU (engine control unit) BCU (body control unit) Transmission control units, SRS, and the list goes on, many generic readers are limited with what that can read out of these control units fault detection systems, so often a generic scanner will "Pass" a system even if there are faults logged, that is why professional work shops use scanners worth often many thousands of dollars and not $100 specials off the net, so with this fault you will be best suited to get a factory scanner to check the control unit for any logged faults, I would recommend that you start here.
