Electrical?

My driver side door window and locks do not work. I had a remote care starter installed and new speakers, but they say it has nothing to do with it currently not working. What could my problem be? My lights on the dash also do not brighten without turning the interior lights on first.

Check fuse 12--50 amp, underhood power distribution center. Use a voltage tester, sometimes the fuse has a bare spot over each leg, use voltage tester on each bare spot, one at a time, no need to pull fuse. If both legs show voltage, so far so good.
