2001 Jeep Cherokee wont start

2001 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 0

brand new motor check gauge light comes on and a light with a key and a x threw it comes on to. New motor any advice. Sorry cant donate only 16 no creditcard

Hello, are you saying it cranks good, but won't start? Do you think the theft system might be causing a problem?

If you can't check for codes and it cranks good, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse.
