2001 Jeep Cherokee will not start (no spark)

I took my jeep to the car wash and later went home. When I came out to go again the jeep had no spark and would not start. What do you think?Is it the coil?

Did you wash the engine if so do you have dist cap and wire and if so check them may be wet
