2001 Jeep Cherokee over heating

2001 grand cherokee is over heating, electric fan not coming on at all (even when turing A/C on), replaced thermostat, flushed and re-filled coolant, everything appears to be working except fan.

You have a bad fan relay, common problem. You need to take the front bumper cover off to get at it though it's directly under the battery screwed into the body of the car. Very bad spot. Also buy the dealer part, aftermarket goes bad in a year or less.
