2001 Jeep Cherokee All of the sudden it died

I went to my Jeep and used the remote to unlock it. I had no problem, the interior lights were on. I sat in the driver's seat and as soon as I put the key in the ignition, the lights went off. I tried to start the Jeep and nothing at all happened. Not even a click. Could it be the computer?

Could be, but check the easy stuff first, check under the hood in the power distribution canter, look for the "PCM" fuse and in fact all fuses. Then check the starter relay located in the same box!
