2000 Jeep Cherokee dies at highway speeds restarts after ti

This ones bugging me it's happened 6 times now at highway speed engine dies full selectrial power no idiot lights or codes ! Seems like less miles between occurrences and more dead times by dead time I mean cranking but no start. 1st time 20 minutes last time 8 hours ten starts up runs fine last trip 1 mile.

I have a 99 Grand C. That is doing the same. Had AC on High fan, 45 mph. Eng dies. Will not restart. If in acc position no gauges work. No codes shown. This is 3rd time.
