2000 Jeep Cherokee suddenly will not start

Try to start truck at 5 am this morning an will not start.
We drove it last night and it had no apparent problem to be seen or heard.
We tested the fuel pump where it says to test and we got gas. So we have determined it is not the fuel punp.
The truck turns over and axts as if it will start just does not start.

Have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. You need to use a gage and check fuel pressure, what you see may be just the initial prime? Any applicable trouble codes? How long since a tune-up? Possible issue with crank or cam sensor? Hard to be sure without doing some testing.
