2000 Jeep Cherokee -- Wipers work, but cannot get any wiper fluid to come out (front or back wiper). I've verified that there is ample wiper fluid in the the resevoir, and that there is no visible leak. Any suggestions?

There are two seperate pumps at the bottom of the jug. Make sure they are plugged in and nothing is frozen in the hose or the pump. Also, is there a place you can take the car to warm up and allow to thaw out?
