I AM TRYING TO PUT IN THE HEAD LIGHTS AND CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT IT BACK. WHERE DOES THE SPRING GO ON THE HEADLIGHT.

Go to Auto Parts store, get a HAYNES manual for your year model ! Seriously, I have one for EVERY vehicle I've owned. User-friendly, lots of diagrams and pictures, answers questions you didn't even know you had! Should show you the answer.

I too have a 1999 jeep.I have replace the bulbs twice. There is a scew in the top on the frame. Losen it and pull it out. Then you have to ppull the headlight assembly out. The bulb then has to be turned a quarter turn and comes right out. Unplug the bulb and replace it
