1999 Jeep Cherokee brakes locking up

I keep having a problem with my brakes locking up on me. The first time it was only the front drivers side.
bled the caliber and it stopped and now here I am a month later and all four brakes locked up on me. Please tell me what I should do to remedy this problem.

If you have an ABS you need to have it checked out

Would the abs cause the calibers to grab causing the brakes to lock up while driving down the road?
