1998 Jeep Cherokee vibration

This month I had a tune-up done on along with all the fuel injectors were replaced and an oil change
what happens is that it vibrates when you start it up and keep vibrating I cant really feel when im driving but when I come to a stop it is still vibrating
what could it be?

I would start by checking the motor mounts and tranny mount.
