1998 Jeep Cherokee Spittering and Sputtering

Hey, I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Limited with 82,000 miles on it. I have noticed it sometimes starts up rough and then when I first start driving down the road its runs rough. It spitters and sputters and then sometime back fires. Then after a few minutes are so runs fine. I had recentely had a tuneup with new spark plugs, wires and distributer cap. Im really not sure whats wrong any help with solving its problem would be great. Thanks!

We may have had the same problem. The fuse in question is in the Power distribution center under the hood on the right side of the engine compartment.
