1998 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

it will start fine but after it runs for about 5-10 minutes it goes crazy like its going to quit it will do this for about 30 sec. To 1 minute then every thing is fine and will drive like a new one unless I turn it off for a few min. Then it will do it all over again

Has it ever set a check engine light when it is running crazy? If so, have the PCM scanned for codes, if the PCM saw a problem it should have recorded the fault which will give us a place to start
