When pressing on the gas feed to accelerate the engine seems like it trys to stall while doing this the rpm needle while jump as if you tap the neddle and it rises and falls back it will only do this when you ecelererate at 1/2 throttle it is like a missfire but its not you also here a clicking noise from under the dash on the drivers side it does not leave any codes it also does this if you are driving 50 miles an hour and try to acellerate and some times while just trying to keep this speed

It is throtel body also is a 6 not a 4 sorry about that have checked all vacume hoses no leak found also I let the truck run the other day and it was real warm under hood and when I drove it there was no splutter atall seems the colder the worse it gets also no water in fuel have added methol hydrate and if I leave it in park I can rev engine up with no miss fire or splutter

No codes being sent light does work when key is turned on to crank engine over I have had jeep for 5 years now so dont think it is pump also I had it in to a mechanic in spring he done a test on the fuel system everything fine there they said it was the cam sensor in the distributer they changed it and it seemed like it went away for a while then it turned cold and came back again I have bought another sensor and changed it again thinking it may have became defective

Investigate clicking, may be circuit breaker/relay. See if you can ID its function, may lead you to malfunctioning part in system
