1993 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

I replaced the 4.0 motor in 93 jeep grand cherokee with a 4.0 motor out of a 95 jeep cherokee. It turns over but i'm not getting any spark is there something different in the 95 motor that would cause this?

Were all of the sensors the same? Are you getting power to the coil?

The crankshaft sensor is different 2 bolt style in the 93 one bolt in the 95. And the camshaft sensor is also different. Have power to coil and both sensors. I used the 93 crankshaft sensor and the 95 distributor before I realized the camshaft sensor appeared different got no spark so I put the 93 distributor in to match the computer still no spark. It did throw a code 11 saying no signal from distributor so I'm going back to the 95 distributor but I'm not sure if the crankshaft sensor could cause this. Again thanks for your response I'm laid off without a vehicle all my cash has been dumped into getting this thing on the road so I can find some work can't afford a donation at the moment but will be happy to once I get back to work

The crank sensor could be the problem. It sends the signal to the computer which inturn sets the ignition up for spark from the distributor.
