1989 Jeep Cherokee uneven idle/ stallingwhen stopped

I have up and down idle speeds plus it tends to stall out after warming up after I have stopped at a stop light.

Your problem seems to be a dirty throttle body and possibly a faulty idle air control valve. Try cleaning them first then if there is no change you will have to change the Iac.(Idle air control valve)
