1988 Jeep Cherokee how do I fill cooling system

My 88 jeep overheated and creaked the expantion
tank. After getting a new one I can't get the system full with water. I have been told that this system is bad and they want 350.00 to convert it. There is no fuller cap on the radiater. Pls help me. I have tried to force water into it without luck.

Fill expansion tank put on cap run till worm turn off let cool repeat till fan comes on and level of coolant remains constant Hassel but have had few problems though radiator was one of the first things I replaced after purchase of my 88 jeep cherokee
