It used to start for a few seconds then shut off but now it will not start

Only starts if I spray the throttle body. It is getting fuel, changed throttle body and coil pack. Still will not start. Help

If it will start on spray you are not getting fuel through the injectors. What is the fuel pressure? You should have 40-47 psi at the throttle body (with 10 in. Of vacuum applied to the fuel pressure regulator) Any less and it will not run.
