My car is jerking back, why?

Hi,

There are several things that can cause this to happen. For example, a fuel pressure issue, ignition issue, vacuum related issues, all can cause it.

By chance, is the check engine light staying on when the engine is running? If it is, then I recommend having the computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes.
