Issues starting and sometimes dies at idle

So recently, my vehicle has been having issues starting intermittently. It has stalled once, but restarted right away. However, when it doesn't start, the check engine, oil pressure and battery light all come on. The engine sounds like it should start (sounds normal) but there is no combustion to start the engine. If I leave the key in the ignition for a while and turn it off then on again it will sometimes start. The other option has been to jump the car, which always seems weird because the battery has enough charge to begin with, but this works for some reason. I took it to Autozone and they pulled two codes, one for the anti theft system and the other for something to do with the crankshaft. I can go get the codes again if someone knows what might be causing this.

Please get me the exact code numbers it will be a letter followed by a four digit number. Sounds like the crankshaft code will probably be a crankshaft position sensor. But let's see what codes you have.

So I went to have the codes read again. Car wouldn't start this morning, so I figured surely they would find something. However, they couldn't pull any codes off the computer! I am baffled as the car still seemed to have issues. They ran a test on the battery, (which needed to be replaced, so I did). As well as a test on the alternator and starter, both coming back fine. I guess I will wait a while and see if it does it again, then take it in again. I'll keep you updated if I get the codes again.

Here's the problem most of the diyer scan tools won't read history codes meaning if you turn the key off the code goes to history. But if its a emissions code it will stay current longer and the diyer scan tool can read those codes.
