While replacing thermostat, upon closing drain plug, the bolt head part broke off. It is closed, and not leaking. Just wondering if this is a replaceable part, or if a new radiator will be required to have a working drain plug.

Hello,

It is a replaceable part. You should be able to take a wide headed screw driver and put it in the petcock hole and unscrew the petcock that way. Just unscrew it out and put a new one in. Please get back to us with how it turns out.

Thanks,
Alex
