I need to drain my Tuarus Wagon's radiator, but where is the drain plug? How to "open" to drain??

The drain is at the bottom passanger side, just un-srcrew it, and drain the coolant out.

Can't see it. Is it above the plastic guard? Remove the plastic guaurd to get to it??

Do I have to remove the plastic under-body panel to get to the Drain Plug? Or is there another access point?
