When flushing the radiator, turning the heat on full blast. Why is it cool air. And not heat like its ask to have. Do I need to replace or repair something

If you are not getting heat, I need you to check something. When you finish flushing and refilling the system with new coolant, start the engine, let it warm up, and turn the heat on high. Feel both heater core hoses. Are both hot?
After thought. Are you running the engine while you flush the system?

Yes I was running the engine. Now the heater is hot. But its on the road. It said drive it. Instructions that is. So tomorrow I will finish the flush.
