Why is the inverter pump not working?

I don't know the check engine light will have a code for the inverter not working, how did you find out? The first thing we need to do is check for power and to see if the fuse is good at fuse IGCT 3 fuse 10 amp in the under-hood fuse panel left side of engine compartment. This guide will help, and I have included the fuse location as well in the diagrams below.
