When stationary, everything functions as intended. Power steering works, and no other lights are on. In car setup, everything functions as intended and I am able to set the tire pressure. However, every time I put it into first or reverse and start going, power steering, abs, traction control, airbags and tire pressure lights come on and these functions seem to cease to function. Wheel speed sensor had been damaged, but was replaced. Everything is fine at a stand still but quits when moving. Speedo and all other functions are operational, and there is no check engine light nor codes read by a FIXD code reader.

The FIXD reader will not scan the car for this kind of problem. It sounds like the main body or engine computer; ABS controller is having a problem. We should do a CAN scan; you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

and

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

This kind of scan goes over the entire car instead of just the basic engine codes. I would disconnect the ABS wheel sensor that was replaced to see if it is generating a signal that is conflicting with the monitoring systems. Please go over these guides and get back to us.
