The vehicle starts well from rest when cool but will later stall when the system gets hot atleast after 10 to 20 minutes drive.
Most importantly I want to understand the actual message the diagnosis in the below pictorial is conveying.

Good afternoon,

Nothing showed up for a picture.

As far as the stalling, did you clean the throttle body? This is very common for this issue.

Maybe there was an oversight or something went wrong for which was not uploaded, but I am sending it to you right now.

Hi,

The things listed above in your pic are general component areas issues. Note that they all identify how many faults are related to a specific component. For example, the ABS system has one fault. When the computer is scanned, you can retrieve specific codes from each of the areas listed that are specific to a problem.

Here is a quick video that shows how it's done:

If you have that done and provide the specific codes, it will point us in the right direction.

As far as the stalling after warm, a common cause is a faulty crankshaft position sensor. Take a look through this link and let us know if what you experience seems to mirror what is discussed:

In most cases, ignition spark is lost when the sensor reaches a certain temperature. That shuts the engine down.

If you want, here is a link that explains how to test for ignition spark. Check this when it fails to start:

Let us know.
