Intermittent rumbling problem with front driver wheel warming up

Hi, noticed someone else had this similar problem on another thread but not sure if anyone else can offer advice.
Recently passed MOT with advisory for 'off side front anti roll bar linkage has slight play in a ball joint'.
Would this cause intermittent feeling like driving on rumble strips?

It could if a tire was out of balance or the lug nuts on a tire were loose. I would check those first. Usually a worn sway/anti roll bar link will just make a light clunk when hitting bumps that load the front end unevenly.
