Interior lights/ instrument cluster not working properly

Dash lights will not work. Blinker lights work. Lights blink when car is turned on. Just the gauge lights won't work. Checked fuse. Turn the head lights on off. Check everything. I receive power to everything.

Can you give more information about what is going on? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Lets check all fuses first. here is a guide and fuse locations:
