Interchangeable parts

I wanted to know if you can use newer parts from a Honda Accord and put on the 1990 such as seats and door panels?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

It really will depend on how much newer. If the model you are thinking of has the same body style, they should work. However, when styles change, so does mounting locations for seats and door panels.
