Check engine, ABS, and charging warning lights do not work when turning key to on position. They do work sometimes but seldom. They sometimes are dim if they do turn on and tapping the cluster makes them brighten. The CEL is needed for emission inspection. Is this a bad cluster or something else possibly. What year clusters will fit if I need to change the cluster?

More then likely this is the cluster. However, here is the test to figure this out. This info explains the system and then tells you how to do the self test. Please pay particular attention to step 4. It has you run the self test and see if the ABS indicator comes on. If not, replace the cluster. However, if tapping the cluster makes them come on brighter then the issue is inside.

Let me know if you have questions. Thanks

Thank you for the help. I was leaning towards the cluster and your answer confirmed it is the dash panel cluster.
