Injector Pulse, car cranks will not start

We have the car listed above brought to us that will not fire fuel from the injectors. We are not getting ground to them from the ECM, but we have verified all power and grounds. Everything there checks out, our gm tech2 will communicate but will not reprogram the ECM. The car cranks but wont start, the fuel gauge and coolant gauge are pegged, pass-lock system is fine from what we can see. I read a post of yours similar to this and we are checking the PCM. Do you have any recommendations for us your feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Do you have 12 volts at the power side of the injectors and do you have 12 volts at the PCM and ground as well? Here is a guide to help check and the engine and PCM wiring diagram so you can see which wires to test for ground and power and how the system works:
