Ignition switch/key/securitychip

Okay, long story short. I purchased this nissan, since at the time I didn't have a license my father was putting it in his name but never fully got to switching the title over since the car was purchased in Indiana and I lived in Ohio. He was able to get a temp tag on it so I was able to drive it for a bit. My dad is a trucker and never around so he wasn't able to make it back before the temp tag expired. My brother then went since they have the same name and got me another temp tag in the state of Ohio to help out. Now the title is still in the girls name from Indiana which won't help here. I got into a accident with a friend and the car got ejected from car and cant be found. So I have no way of starting this car or doing nothing with it. I was going to hot wire it but reading up, it messes up more than I can afford to. I was going to have lock smith or dealer make key but as its still in the girls name from Indiana they cant do it since I'm not the owner even though I'm the owner. Process of switching the title over means the cars has to pass the out of state inspection and I cant get the car up there to do so, meaning I then cant get the title put in my dads name or switched to my name. How do I go about getting a new ignition switch put in, or disarming the security system. So that I can do everything needed to get a title and drive the car again? What's the best recommendation for a situation like mine. This is stressful as can be
