Will not turn over

When turn key everything engages but it will not turn over. It is not battery. It happened before kept juggling a lot of ignition and multi harness. Also, shifting finally started did good for long time now started got to store turned off and here we are had to be towed home. Where do I start?

It sounds like you might have a starter that has gone bad, Here is a guide to help you run a test to confirm.
