I used aftermarket coils manufactured by japko, and the same code is showing random cylinder misfire. Could the coils be faulty or just shoddy? Should I have used Bosch ignition coils?

Hello, were you getting random misfire codes before? Or was it cylinder specific? When it comes to ignition coils, I also recommend going with the OEM brand, Bosch is a great brand. I'll look up the wiring for those coils to see if they can damage the ECM ignition coil drivers or not.
What country are you located in? We do not have this listed in our US database, but I can look elsewhere for wiring diagrams for it. And did you replace all 3 ignition coils? Did you do the spark plugs too or at least take a look at them? I'm find very limited information but did find some on the engine management system.
I put in a request for wiring diagrams for this vehicle but might not get a response until tomorrow.
But here is a guide to cylinder misfires in the meantime.

The coils put in were japko, I had the spark plugs changed. The codes were p0300 p0301 and p0303. Now its just p0300. When the engine management light flashes it loses power a little and shudders, then lights off and everything's back to normal.

The Check engine light flashing means that the cylinder misfires are bad enough to damage the Catalytic Converter. If it something that is coming and going like that, it can be a wiring issue, such as a bad ground, or connector that is not fully seated. The Grounds are going to be wiring that is bolted directly to the engine block or the body of the vehicle, also there is probably a battery Ground to the Body near the battery negative cable, make sure they are all tight, not rusted or corroded in any way. Did you buy gas (petro) at a different station recently or anything like that? Bad gas or too much Alcohol content can cause issues like this that will come and go. I don't know what the gas is like in the UK, but here we have regular gas that has up to 10 percent alcohol content, and some Flex fuel vehicles which run on a higher alcohol mixture. Do you have your own scan tool?

Okay, can you read live engine data with your scan tool, anything from just the engine computer? If it has a button for OBD2 data, or any other functions so we can see any sensor data from the engine? The information I'm finding is in Russian unfortunately, so that's not helping me too much.
