I changed the ignition lock. I replaced the fuel pump, not starting. The code reader said the fuel was open. Is something to do with fuel pump not connected?

Hello, I am Danny.

After replacing the fuel pump did you test at the Schrader valve on the fuel rail to see if it is working/getting pressure? Fuel pressure should be between 55-65 P.S.I. If you do not have a fuel pressure tester your local auto parts stores (AutoZone, Pep
Boys,O'Reilly's) have a loaner program and will rent you one. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for using 2Carpros.
