can I switch the ECU and the key switch out?

I have the vehicle listed above and then I'm buying a 2008 2.0 turbo without a key, can I switch the ECU and the key switch out of my 2006 into the 2008 and haven't start and drive.

Nope. It doesn't work that way. The ECU is programmed to match the engine, VIN, TCM and other parts because they are all interconnected. Then the key would need to be programmed into the security system on the 2008 if they are compatible.
A better option would be to have a locksmith use the VIN number to order a new key. Then it could be programmed into the system and the old keys erased. You would need to show proof of ownership and ID to the locksmith, but it would likely still be cheaper.
